Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Ecotech eyeglasses and we want them to function the way they should.

As the factory the builds these styles there is a lot we can do to modify and remedy anything or make upgrades to enhance function.

Contact us, let us know what we can do to make your selection perfect for you, chances are we can.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with lenses and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, prescription lenses, or custom products however we will rework them to solve the issue.

 

Exchanges
If you decide you like a different style you are welcome to ship the product back to our US office, once received we will ship your new selection or refund.

In the case of prescription lenses there may be a service charge to cut new lenses into the new selection.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

If you wish to return your glasses for a refund for any reason you need to return the glasses, with all packaging and a copy of the delivery note and or invoice to:

All goods must arrive in new condition for a full refund to be issued including all packaging supplied.

Where prescription lenses have been made and supplied these are exempt from refund.

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.


The cost of carriage and insurance is non-refundable.

If however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
